IN-SIGHT 2000 MINI VISION SENSOR
The compact size of the Cognex In-Sight 2000 Mini expands the number of potential application for vision sensors and allows users to deploy vision sensors into more areas of their operation. In-Sight 2000 Mini models are 68% smaller by volume than standard In-Sight 2000 vision sensors, so they can fit into tight spaces.
In-Sight 2000 Mini models also come standard with a liquid lens autofocus module, enabling faster job changeovers and the ability to change focus when the sensor is mounted in inaccessible places.

Bar Light
Bar-shaped lighting using high intensity LEDs mounted on a flat board. The FLDL features high-density arrays using high-intensity LEDs to create optimum oblique lighting conditions. Reflections can be controlled by a default diffusion plate (excluding UV). Usable as high intensity surface lighting.
Illumination Structure:
LEDs are arranged at a high-density on a single flat circuit board and the object can be illuminated from any angle desired. Suitable mounting brackets (15 mm width) are available.

Coaxial Light
The coaxial light is a uniform light that runs perpendicular with camera axis across the entire field-of-view makes on-axis illumination system. The light illuminates from the coaxial side of a lens via a partial mirror. The LEDs illuminates on the mirror oriented at 45 and creates a reflection of the object. High power models FHFV is available for high light applications. The FCAX series features high tolerance against mechanical loads and produces an even more homogenous and higher output light.
Illumination Structure:
A half mirror aligns the high-intensity, even light from the LED array to the same optical axis as the lens.

Diffused Back Light
Power-saving back light system with an extremely thin design and a very uniform surface light emission profile. The FLFL features a minimum casing height of 5mm (Si25x36), enabling application even in highly limited mounting space. High power models are available for this series.
Illumination Structure:
Light from the LEDs that is placed at four sights of the light guides, passes through the plate to produce a uniform illumination.

Diffused Front Light
Ring-shaped light with overhead diffused light eliminates LED glares and shadows for highly even illumination on shiny surfaces. The FLFR is best for preventing halo effect and suitable for specular surface inspection. Rectangular shaped model (FLFQ) of the same properties is also available.
Illumination Structure:
Light from the LEDs around the periphery of the flat light diffusion plate is scattered and reflected within the plate to create diffused light that illuminates from directly overhead. This light is equipped with diffuser by default.

Direct Ring Light
The FLDR Direct Type series can be mounted vertically which allows flexible working distances to enable 360 degree shadow-free illumination. It is best suited for producing fresh, vivid images with wide area of illumination thanks to high uniformity from its outer circumference. Attributes can be detected on reflective material with optionally installed diffuser or polarizer as requested. High Power versions and UV versions are also available for related applications.
Illumination Structure:
The light is precisely focused at the centre of the illumination system. An optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination.

Dome Light
Light emitting area covers 180 degrees. This very bright diffused light enables shadowfree uniform light, perfectly suited for glossy or non-flat surface inspection. The small FLDM-i50 is cylindrical, and the others are dome-shaped. Dome lights are ideal for short working distances (0-30mm) to the workpiece. High power and UV versions are available for related applications. Rectangular shaped lights (FFDQ), half-dome and segmented models of the same features are available.
Illumination Structure:
FLDM-i50 – Light transmit through diffuser plate to provide a very uniform diffused light.
Others FLDM models – Equipped with LEDs to provide 180 degrees uniformity and larger coverage on the object area.

Half Circle Ring Light
Designed to apply lighting in limited space in work stations. Low angle illumination is perfect for edge detection and embossing printing, damage, or cosmetic inspection, on metal surface. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces and scratches. Optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination eveness.

The LEDs are mounted in low angle ring-shaped on the flexible board. Therefore the workpiece can be positioned very close for illumination. An optional diffusor plate can be mounted to improve illumination.

Half Ring Dome Light
Designed to apply the lighting in limited space in work stations. Low angle illumination is perfect for edge detection and embossing printing, damage, or cosmetic inspection, on metal surface. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces and scratches. Optional diffuser plate can be mounted to improve illumination eveness.

High Brightness Back Light
The LEDs of FLDL-TP are arranged in array form to achieve high intensity, high uniformity and high output diffused back lighting. This series features a rich product line-up of different sizes, half-shaped (HC-type) and availability of camera-window (C-type) for inspection.

High Brightness Spot Light
High powered spot light with lens for maximum illuminance and long working distance. Stable illumination when used with a dedicated constant current power source. The FLSP features a miniature design of Ø41 diameter casing for limited space installation.
Illumination Structure:
Provide narrow, condense, and even illumination through the diffuser plate.

High Power Light
Super bright lighting. Useful for applications where there is a need for long distance visibility, recommended for use as strobe lighting to perform high brightness lighting with longer life span. We have various types of High Power Lighting.

IP Protection Light
We have a range of lighting that is designed to be protected against contact and infiltration from water and dirt.

Line Light
The illumination of FLLN is focused by a cylindrical lens to increase full intensity at object or inspection area. UV models are available for this series.
Illumination Structure:
This line light is focused by a cylinder lens to achieve a focused beam.

Low Angle Diffused Light
Low angle, diffuse illumination enables characters and defects to be uniformly illuminated with no LED glare. Soft, even and diffused lighting on shiny objects. Best for preventing the halo effect. The shadowless, low angle square type is perfect for square shaped objects.
Illumination Structure:
The object is illuminated from a low angle by uniform diffuse light through the light conduction plate.

Low Angle Ring Light
This series is equipped with low-angle illumination ideal for edge detection, embossing and damage on metal surface, while rendering the area below the edge completely dark. It allows inspection of reflective objects from a close angle without producing reflections. Ideal for slightly uneven surfaces. The light is equipped with diffuser by default, excluding UV products). High Power versions and UV versions are also available for related applications. This series achieves space-saving dimension as thin as 7mm (FLDR-Si49-LA1) for easy mounting. Half-ring low-angle illumination is also available in this series.
Illumination Structure:
The light is mounted horizontally on a flexible board parallel to the workpiece positioned extremely close for high homogeneity illumination (0-20mm).

Multi Angle Light
All-in-one lighting equipped with multi color and multi angle feature. The FIBS consists of one illumination housing with horizontal rows of SMD LEDs arranged in exact position on a parallel angle. The number of LED rows varies with the size of the lighting.
Illumination Structure:
Working distance of FIBS is between 0-40 mm.

Ultra Violet Light
UV Lighting is ideal to activate the flourescent object. Falcon Illumination provides more than 10 series of UV lighting with wavelength 375nm and 400nm.

Spot Light
The FHLV series is a high powered spot lights that are compatible with machine micro lenses. Collimated optics and light guides to produce maximum illumination which enables long working distance. The FHLV is small and light weight for easy handling. Stable illumination when used with a dedicated constant current power source. UV models are available for this series.

Specially designed condenser lens and rod lens are combined to emit highly uniform, high luminosity condensed light.
